Think that the Brewers had to fire Ned when they did, if not sooner. I don't think they make this run with him still the skipper. However, you have to feel for the guy who helped get this team moving in the right direction. I know he wasn't my favorite manager in the world, but you still feel for the guy in this situation.
That being said, what are your thoughts on the postseason. Can the Brewers get other quality starting pitching besides Sabathia?
Who starts game one? Gallardo with McClung behind him like the last time?

C.C. on Wed, Gallardo Thurs, Sheets Sat. C.C. back on Sunday. Got to keep riding the horse that got you there until it tells you it needs a rest. 26 yrs. baby, I was 10 the last time the Crew made the playoffs. Hopefully, we can get some quality starting pitching and have the bats wake up. Hart has been awful lately. Maybe need to drop him in the line-up. I feel for Yost as well but good coaching shows up in the second half of the season and he was simply awful after the all star break each and every year. I think they should raise our state income tax to sign C.C. for the next 6 yrs. $125 million!!!!!!!!
Well considering Sheets is out, they probably won't go with him. I'm thinking it's going to be CC on Thursday once again on three days. Maybe Gallardo in Game 1 with McClung as his back up. Game 3 who knows. Game 4 is Sunday and I'll be there baby!
Being a die hard Cardinal fan, it would be hard for me to totally leave off Suppan. Check out these similar stats:
