Ryder Cup

Being a pretty big golf fan, more of a fan when Tiger plays, this weekend is a big weekend for me. I absolutely love the Ryder Cup. It's the 37th Annual Ryder Cup and this time it's on American soil in Louisville.
The Americans have just gotten trounced the last three times. The last time we won was 1999 at Brookline when Justin Leonard sank the unsinkable putt to win it. Ever since, ol' Team USA has gotten their butts handed to them.
I'm excited to watch, but afraid of the end result once again, especially without Tiger. Although some would argue that he's not very good in this type of format as he's not used to being on a team. He's wired so much different than these other guys that he just doesn't do well. He's 3-1-1 in career singles matches, but only 10-13-1 overall.
Let me know what you think. Does TEAM USA have any shot this weekend in Louisville to take back the Ryder Cup?
On a side note, I'm very glad to see that Wisconsin native Steve Stricker made the team after the slump he went through a few years back. Gives us a little more interest in this Cup.
